Return Policy

Because each pair of earrings is handcrafted and made-to-order, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, I want every customer to be happy with their order. If there is ever an issue with your item, I’ve got you:

We Accept:

• Damaged items upon arrival (must notify within 3 days with photos)

• Incorrect items sent by mistake

If this happens, I will happily replace the item or offer store credit.

We Do Not Accept:

• Returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons

• Returns based on personal preference (ex: “I don’t like the color in person”)

• Wear and tear issues after use

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production hasn’t started.
